1. Who we are
We provide sourcing, quality control and export delivery through a partner factory network. We manage production; we do not own the factories.
We are not a schematic / PCB layout design house. Customer is responsible for the design.
2. Quotes, snapshots and orders
- PCB instant quotes are bound to a price snapshot. Checkout must not reprice. Expired snapshots cannot be ordered.
- PCBA quotations: three qty tiers; line items are PCB / Components / Assembly & Test / NRE / Freight only. PCB unit cost is not itemized to the customer.
- Accept → selected tier → PI → payment. Production starts after payment (card webhook or T/T confirmed).
- Currency: USD only. No shopping cart. Lead time starts from cleared payment, not from order click.
3. Customer files, IP and NDA
- Customer retains all IP in Gerber / BOM / CPL / drawings.
- Files stored encrypted; download via time-limited signed URL. Access limited to quoting and production staff.
- NDA can be signed before upload. Protection is not reduced if NDA is skipped.
- We may share files with partner factories and processors solely to fulfil the order, under confidentiality. We do not sell files or use projects as case studies without written consent.
4. Quality, inspection and claims
Default acceptance: IPC-A-610 Class 2, unless Class 3 is written on the quotation.

Claim path: portal or email with photos and lot → first response in {{sla.claimDays}} business days → rework / replace / remake / refund as agreed.
5. Payment, Incoterms, customs
- Payment: card or T/T. Net terms are not offered in this version.
- T/T: PI download + wire proof upload; production after we confirm funds.
- Incoterms as stated on the quotation / checkout (typically DAP). Duties and import clearance follow the chosen term. DDP quoted separately.
- Tracking: carrier name + number; we do not operate live tracking in this version.
6. Limitation of liability
Except where prohibited: liability capped at {{legal.liabilityCap}} (lawyer: typically the amount paid for the affected order). No consequential / lost-profit damages. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
7. Governing law and disputes
Governing law: {{legal.jurisdiction}}. Venue / arbitration: {{legal.venue}}. Binding language: English. Chinese on this skeleton is for the implementation team only.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes: new “Last updated” date. Orders already accepted stay on the Terms in force at Accept / Place order.
